I read your rebuttal, in full, after my first post. I see that my questions were already answered.

To Al Gore, this is a convenient lie poorly disguised as an inconvenient truth. The frenzy is killing us but the proof of that will surely be presented as proof of validity to their claims.
We should challenge them to their own game.
We should see their logic and raise them one. Let us see this so-called mass army of scholars deploy their troops with their all powerful, earth-changing abilities, and set out to conquer this crisis. Instruct them to stabilize the ocean, cease all volcanic activity, and, perhaps as a bonus, if time permits, stop plate tectonics! This should be simple to do, after all, we have already penetrated the force of the troposphere.

I am concerned about the final blow to our economy that will be most likely delivered to us due to this absurd scam. It is deadly. What is it that allows so many otherwise intelligent people to do us in by fighting an imaginary battle, one with an impossible scenario? Is there a way to stop these con-artists? Why are the knowledgeable ones unable to educate and protect the masses from themselves?
What Al Gore did was to deceive the masses in such proportion that it could be considered manslaughter. That would be easy to prove beyond a reasonable doubt in court using the same measures and beliefs that are used to convict murder suspects and put them away for life. Verdicts, based on evidence that is microscopic in relative comparison, are handed out daily!
I am at a loss for knowing how these frauds could be stopped, or if they will ever be stopped. It seems to me that we are all helplessly standing by — getting trampled by idiots.

I’ve been involved in taxations for longer then I care to admit, both on the personal side (all my employed life story!!) and from a legal point of view since satisfying the bar and pursuing tax law. I’ve furnished a lot of advice and righted a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you’ve posted makes complete sense. Please persist in the good work – the more people know the better they’ll be armed to comprehend with the tax man, and that’s what it’s all about.

The problem is that you have jumped to the conclusion of “Ms. Stone lied” without the proof. Proof is available and has not yet been published. That fact alone makes the accusation questionable.

Why are you are willing to take ALG at their word when proof is readily available? It seems the same logic would allow you to accept the word of those who falsely accused Rush Limbaugh of racism.

Without proof, accusations are just accusations. Racism is a serious issue and needs to be handled carefully by all parties.

Seeing the headers proves nothing. The only way to be sure is to look at the raw sent mail spool, not the interface. Even then, the raw spool can be modified without anyone being the wiser. It takes less than one tenth of a second to do so. No tracks and no problem for anyone with root access and an understanding of stream editing.

Do you really think that ALG has a Unix geek on their staff or at their disposal to make such modifications?

I don’t.

My best guess is that ALG uses a third party for their email, and while they can probably look at their raw received mail spool, they probably can’t modify them.

NBC can’t say the same thing.

It is the responsibility of those in each faction of a political movement to hold its own accountable.

Anti-Semitism (and racism) is a serious matter and should never be used by any political organization as a tool in its communications toolbox.
